Reliable, kind and puts the animals first

I know when I go to the Hale Vets theyre doing whats best for my dog. Compared to other vets, the Hale Veterinary Group goes all out. They truly look after the dog and act in its best interests. Its rarely a wait and see approach with them as they seem to have a prevention is better than a cure outlook. The animals well-being is put first and I really feel like they take of the animals with them. They are also very understanding when it comes to noisy dogs or slightly badly behaved ones and have even offered help and advice (when just passing by!). Though the vet bills are quite steep, they have helped us a number of times and are reliable and patient.
