It's friendly, always has something going on and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It's a down full of mostly dog-lovers, a great Pound Art Centre and there are some great quirky shops. My favourites are Automattic Comics, Daisy Chain, The Deli, Theadora's and The Two Pigs.
The public transport is a bit of an issue in some places and the internet connection is abysmal. In the city it takes no time to load content, like a video or an image, here, you may as well put the kettle on and make a brew whilst you wait for the internet to sort itself out.
