A new booklet of walks in Corsham and in the surrounding area has been produced by the Corsham Town Council in partnership with Martingate Shopping Centre.
The trails and routes in Corsham are listed as well as ones in Pickwick, Rudloe, Neston and Gastard.
It displays many public rights of way in the area, encouraging those living in the town to explore places on their doorstep they may not have visited previously.
The guide is available from the Tourist & Information & Heritage Centre, the Town Hall and numerous other businesses in Corsham town.
The Tourist & Information & Heritage Centre also has a number of walks and maps on show which further explore the history of the area. The walks vary and there are paths listed likely to cater to all variety of different abilities whether you are an adventurous rambler fond of scrambling up hillsides or prefer a milder more gentle stroll around the area.
If you’re a keen walker or have bought the guide and want to share your favourite routes existing in the area, why not write about your own favourite walks and include a few photographs of some of the views which make Corsham so unique.

ReportI'll have to pop into town to get one of these. This is great news, i've been looking at possible routes on google maps... not the easiest of ways to do it!
