Free Corsham Walking Group Launched In May

A free Corsham Walking Group will be launched in the town this May. The Wiltshire Council are encouraging those local to Corsham, and the surrounding villages, to take part in the walking activity.

The free Corsham Walking Group offers a way to meet new people and keeping fit in the process in a way that is not too tiring for beginners, for walks only last an hour. Will you be joining the group when it starts?
“This weekly walking group is a great way to get active and stay motivated, make new friends and discover new places to walk in your neighbourhood,” said a spokesperson for the Wiltshire Council, “It’s free and fun!”
The free walking group will be starting on the 12th May 2011 and taking place every Thursday from 9.30am to 10.30am.
“Everyone is welcome providing you are independently mobile and able to meet the physical demands of the walk,” continued the Wiltshire Council source.
