Singing Workshop - Spirituals and African Freedom Songs

Spirituals and South African Freedom Songs are simple but very powerful music which poignantly reflect the determinations, hope and despair of the oppressed. Most songs have strong melody lines and simple harmony which should enable us to try singing in parts and to learn several songs in the morning session. Julia Amos will be leading this workshop.
