Has anyone else who rents with Hunter French in Corsham received a letter from their Insurance Comapny Homelets to say " We're emailing you because we're concerned that some of our customers may have been provided with misleading information, or were treated unfairly when they were initially sold Tenant's Contents Insurance+."
It looks like I was as I was sold insurance by Hunter French and one of the conditions that you were mi-sold is " A tenant cannot be required to insure their own possessions, either verbally or by inclusion of a mandatory insurance clause in their tenancy agreement, and it is misleading and unfair to do so."
It seems it is a FSA investigation? Has anyone else received and responded back?
