The Wiltshire Golf Partnership has links with all of the Clubs in Wiltshire, and is able to arrange taster sessions and coaching, at very low cost, and even more importantly, NO COMMITMENT.

Dip your toe in the water- try the game first. If you don't like it, then walk away.

I know a number of people who have taken up golf after playing a number of different sports and they love it. There are some great local golf clubs in the area with challenging courses. Wiltshire is a good place to take up golf!

There's Cumberwell Golf Course and also the Manor House Hotel at Castle Combe has a golf course. I've heard they're both quite good and local.
