Should Corsham have an iPoo app? After this article about one council allowing residents to send in reports about dog poo and dumped rubbish (http://tinyurl.com/5uax4vc) it got me thinking! Do you think we need one? We've had a number of users talk about people throwing away dog muck after they've picked it up and just flinging it in bushes or trees. What do you think?
