Hi.  Firstly apologises as I've only just found this site and am still getting used to it!  So if I'm posting in the wrong place/topic etc then please forgive me.  I might have accidentally sent a couple of "friends" requests by mistake as well so feel free to refuse them! :)

I've been a Corsham resident for just over 2 years now and am concerned by the amount of redevelopment that seems to be planned in the local area.  Traffic lights on the Bath Road will surely cause more problems than ever.

My main problem though is trying to find out how to get my voice heard.  This Corsham Area Board meeting for example how do we find out when things like this are going on and who should I be contacting to find out more?  For example, where are the minutes of the meeting so I can  view them?

Again apologises for a long, somewhat rambling first post!

The minutes of the meeting are on the Wiltshire Government Website: tinyurl.com/ydeoazg

And the next meeting is scheduled for the 8th of December:
    tinyurl.com/nag57m

To find out more it would be best to contact one the Corsham Town Councillors whose contact details are here:
    tinyurl.com/yass73j

Corsham People is a place where we can try and bring all these Corsham contacts together and start discussing the things that really influence and change the town. If you know any news or want some information we can all find it here. If you want to start a discussion and get your voice heard then that's what it's here for. We can start talking, organise some events or try and make a difference to the town!

The Corsham Area Board Meetings have been good to try and address these problems exactly and it's been refreshing to be able to talk to the councillors face-to-face and have the community together.
