    Had a good run today, I finished in a not too bad 48:30 running with an injury too :-)

    That's a good time - shame about the injury though! I'm uploading some pictures of the race so you'll probably be amongst the runners - keep an eye out. I thought it was a brilliant turnout and thankfully the rain held off for long enough!

    The sun was beating towards the end, could really feel it but we all cracked on. Cheers for putting my link up before, although it was only small, I nearly doubled my target so am very happy.
