The White Hart at Atworth is having a New Year's Eve bash with live music, featuring none other than the legendary Corsham band, the Corinthian Casuals, who will be offering the musical entertainment for the evening.

"Following the success from Easter, were are pleased to announce that the Corinthian Casuals are back and seeing the New Year in with us," wrote the pub on the events page of their site. "This is one night NOT to be missed."

The Corinthian Casuals are firm favourites in the town and are well known for their performances at the Pig and Jig, which always get the locals on their feet and singing along (though the cider does often play a role in that part).

Not convinced? The White Hart at Atworth included this summary of the Casuals' music, to give you a feel of the band: "If you're tired of dreary indie-pop and if cheeky rock-riffery and honest guitar kicks are your thing you can't get much better than Corinthian Casuals. You could pay £150 to see the real Rolling Stones and have much less fun, long live the rock covers band, and long live Corinthian Casuals."

Tell us where you will be spending your New Year's Eve or if you will be going to the White Hart at Atworth.
