Energy Neighbourhoods competition

Would you like to save money on your energy bills and have fun doing it??

Have you noticed your energy bills creeping ever upwards?  Are you keen to bring them down?  We are looking for groups  of 5 or more households to join together and take part in the Energy Neighbourhoods Competition.

You will be competing with other groups around Britain and Europe to see who can save the most energy. Groups can be made up of any people who want to get together e.g. neighbours, work colleagues, friends in a social group, you decide. As long as you see each other fairly regularly you are eligible to take part.

To help you save energy we will give you regular energy saving tips and advice as well as support through a website, training and occasional events.

The main prize is a trip to Brussels to meet other groups from across Europe but there will also be prizes for any household that manages to save at least 9% of their energy. Throughout the project there will be special awards for initiative and dedication.
