The Friends of Neston School have organised what looks to be another fantastic Neston Fireworks display on Saturday 5th November.

The Neston Firework Display will be located on the Neston recreational ground, as it was last year, with the gates opening at 5pm. There will also be a BBQ and a bar. Have you been to any past firework displays organised by the Friends of Neston School? Tell us about your experiences in the comment box below.
The FONS (Friends of Neston School) raise money to pay for extra events and activities for Neston pupils, with the Neston Firework Display being their main fundraising event of the year.
A spokesperson on their website wrote: "We have an energetic committee and welcome new members at our meetings, as well as fundraising ideas from other parents. We also greatly appreciate help with our events, so if you can spare a little time to man a stall, or help tidy up, or even make cakes, please be sure to get involved. You can support us just by coming along."
Will you help support the school by buying your ticket for the upcoming display? Check out our gallery photos from past displays to see what this year could have in store.
Hundreds of locals usually attend the display so make sure you're there on time and remember: wrap up warm with gloves, a scarf and a very thick coat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the firework display. Always quite busy but always worth it. Well done Neston! I bet it'll be great this year.

ReportThe gates open at 5pm, so I'm gathering not too long after that. Anyone know what time it started last year? I did find it was okay if you popped along a little later after the rush though - the display was fantastic wherever you were stood.
