The Corsham Neighbourhood Police Team revealed their priorities in their last newsletter covering July, through to this month in September. The main priorities appeared to be anti-social behaviour, around the Springfield Park area and around the Co-Op in the village of Box.

How do you feel about anti-social behaviour in Corsham? Is it a problem and do we have enough places for young people to socialise outside of school?

Sergeant Andy Beaven wrote in the newsletter: "Anti-social behaviour continues to be an issue in the area. We are doing our best to patrol areas of concern and work with partners to stop this."

In the summer anti-social behaviour often increases, but did you notice it over these past warmer months?

Sergeant Beaven added: "I'm pleased to report that anti-social behaviour has been greatly reduced following increased patrols and CCTV cameras being installed outside Co-Op in the Martingate Shopping Centre."

If you have any concerns about any polite-related issues in Corsham, you can check on the Wiltshire Police website when the next Corsham Neighbourhood Policing Team consultations are taking place in our town. The next consultations should be listed under the Corsham NPT Section.
