A pub in a village near Chippenham, the White Horse has been put on the market for new owners to take on the business.
The White Horse pub near Chippenham and Corsham is on the market for new owners.
The three bedroom pub located on The Green in Biddestone has a leasehold of £45,000 and available on the market with Christie + Co.
The White Horse was under the same owners since 2005 with trade from regular customers from nearby villages and towns.
There is an opportunity to promote the business as the current owner has not advertised the pub and a chance to improve the services the pub already offers.
Inside the pub most of its original structure is still in good condition with a ground floor cellar, seating for around thirty five people and a kitchen fitted with a fridge and freezer. All items besides personal belongings are included in the sale.
As well as three bedrooms, the owner can make use of the personal bathroom, an office and a kitchen.
The White Horse dates back to the 18th Century and a grade II listed building.
Biddestone is accessible to neighbouring villages Lacock, Castle Combe and the town of Corsham and boasts a historical past which dates back to the Saxon times.
The village is located just inside the eastern boundary of The Cotswolds.
